Authority to Leave
For deliveries of perishable chilled foods (such as ready-to-eat meals) you need to provide an address (not PO box) where there will be someone present to accept delivery, or we will leave the parcel for you in your absence.
If you have a preferred location for your parcel to be left, please enter this in the ‘Order Notes’ box at the bottom of the Checkout page.
If we need to leave the parcel in your absence, please note that we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your delivery, and we cannot be responsible for other factors outside our control that can affect your parcel whilst it is unattended, such as rain, heat, damage etc.
Payments via credit or debit card or a Paypal account are securely processed by Paypal Australia Pty Ltd and we strictly have no access to your payment details at any time.
Your personal information is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and may be shared with courier companies with whom we have contracted to make deliveries on our behalf, and with TZ Limited who manage the ADAM Parcel Locker Network. Your data will not be disclosed to any other third parties. From time to time we may send you emails regarding our new products and services, and you can opt out from receiving these emails at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email.
Cancellations and Refunds
Standard cancellation notice is 24 hours before expected delivery. We regret that no refund is possible if cancellation is notified less than 24 hours before expected delivery.
We are unable to issue refunds for perishable items which we were not able to deliver or drop off due to an incorrect or unsuitable address being provided (ie. either unattended or nowhere safe/appropriate to leave the food), or for spoiled food which was not collected from a pick up location on the same day the order was delivered.
